The new building is situated over the area of the former bus turning circle to the north of the site, with a Development Centre in the south of the site providing additional car parking.

SBK have designed the building using a braced steel frame construction with composite metal deck floor slabs providing a diaphragm action, which in turn transfers lateral loadings to foundation level.
The design is focussed on construction simplicity utilising standard solutions to enable rapid construction of the project for the client.
