New all-through school for Warwickshire County Council to meet the need for over 1000 additional school places in the area.

The school comprises of a 34-place nursery block, 420-place primary school and 900-place secondary school with SEND provision. There is also a fourth sports hall building on site complimented by an all-weather 4G pitch, MUGA and grass sports pitches.
The buildings adopt a fabric first approach to reduce energy consumption and limit carbon emissions when in operation. The site also features air source heat pumps and two of the buildings incorporate photovoltaic panels towards the renewable energy strategy.
There was significant level changes across the greenfield site that required significant bulk earthworks and remodelling of topography and creative landscaping design to overcome the steep falls away to boundaries to both the North and West.
