The scheme consisted of the civil and structural design for four new industrial units on former Rolls-Royce land at Ansty Park, north of Coventry. These units form part of the ongoing development of Ansty Park, integrating into an infrastructure network, consisting of new highway networks and site access.

The units ranged in size from 52,000m² to 16,000m² and consisted of 12m to 15m high portal frames with integrated three storey office space, extensive service yard provision, and external parking and landscaping.

The design of the units required consideration of complex levels to minimise the requirement for extensive retaining structures on an undulating site, whilst incorporating best practice sustainable drainage which includes extensive provision of swales and balancing ponds.
