10-storey residential development, providing 342 apartments constructed by Willmott Dixon Construction.



Located on a confined brownfield site located within Peterborough City Centre, this project required the demolition of an existing multi-storey car-park and market hall to accommodate the Northminster mixed use development.
Demolition work was completed in summer 2021 with the team having provided:
– Demolition and Earthworks Specification
– Ground remediation works
– Assistance with Party Wall agreements
Construction works commenced in 2022 with the team providing:
– Civil Engineering services including below ground drainage, external works and Section 278 highways agreements.
– Structural Engineering services including design of piled sub-structures and suspended ground floor structure, liaison with specialist sub-contractors and advice regarding the modular superstructure.
