Refurbishment of the existing mothballed Elizabeth Fry Wing, a derelict three-storey Victorian load-bearing masonry house block.
The project includes the removal of existing atrium gantries and replacement of new hot-rolled steelwork landings to accommodate increased service density required to bring the building up to modern standards.
The project also incorporates a new hot-rolled steel Sports Hall and Fitness Room with associated changing facilities.
