Taylor & Challen appointment for SBK

Another great project where SBK Consulting have been appointed to deliver structural and civil engineering design services. We are working with ETME Group Ltd as developer and contractor, along with a design team of BPN Architects, The Construction Consultants (TCC) and Shire Group.

The Taylor & Challen 2 development consists of the restoration & conversion of the former lathe workshop on Constitution Hill to provide a mix of one and two-bed apartments and commercial space across 3 blocks. The workshop will be redeveloped with mezzanine floors and a vertical extension to provide commercial office space at ground floor and 26 residential units.
